Parent Portal and Parent App
The Arbor Parent Portal and Parent App are designed to help you stay connected with your child's school life. You can use them to:
- Sign your child up for clubs and trips
- Book parent's evening appointments
- Manage payments for school activities
- Monitor your child's attendance, behaviour, and academic progress
Important: You can only use the Arbor Parent Portal and App if your child's school uses the Arbor Management Information System (MIS) and has enabled this service for parents. If you are unsure, please contact your school office directly.
Understanding the difference: Portal vs App
It's important to know the difference between the two ways you can access Arbor:
- Arbor Parent Portal: This is the website version you access using a web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on a computer, laptop, or even your phone's browser.
- Arbor Parent App: This is the mobile application you download to your smartphone or tablet from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
Crucial Note for First-Time Users: You must set up your password and accept the terms of use through the Parent Portal (website) first. You cannot do this through the app.

Homepage
The dashboard is the first screen that you will see. This gives a quick glance of the student’s daily timetable, behaviour points, meals, notices, current attendance and progress.
You can see your in-app messages by clicking this button under your child's photo.
You can return to this page at any time by clicking on the school’s logo or choosing Dashboard from any menu. On the homepage you'll also see sections for:
- Statistics - This shows information about the student's attendance, behaviour and progress statistics for the current term.
- Guardian consultations - The Guardian Consultations section allows guardians to book time for Parents Evening meetings by selecting one of the available slots as per the School's setup.
- Assignments - This section shows any homework or coursework assignments that are due, overdue or marked.
- Accounts - The Accounts section loads the student's current Meals and other top-up account balances.
- Trips - Sign your child up for trips.
- Clubs - Sign up to standard clubs or Breakfast and After School clubs.
